Our Basic Training class is perfect for kitchen newbies and novice home cooks. Basic Training starts with the fundamentals like knife skills and moves on to simple food preparation and cooking methods. These skills will be put to the test in real time as you work your way through one of our Chef curated recipes from start to finish. This class is also perfect for teens and young adults who are eager to start learning their way around the kitchen.

Once you've learned the basics you may want to sharpen your skills with one of our other classes
In addition to all of the ingredients needed to teach the class, your instructor will provide their own equipment including, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. You will be sent a list of kitchen equipment you will need for the class. We can also provide you with whatever items you may need.
