Our Butchery class will teach you the principles and fundamentals of meat and poultry fabrication. You'll learn a variety of practical butchery skills including, cutting, trimming, and cookery. From cutting your own New York Strips to spatchcocking a whole bird, you'll feel like a master butcher in no time. Basic knife skills are recommended for this class.

In addition to all of the ingredients needed to teach the class, your instructor will provide his/her own equipment including, pots, pans, knives, cutting boards, etc. You will be sent a list of kitchen equipment you will need for the class. We can also provide you with whatever items you may need.
